GLUTEN FREE baked product. Specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
INGREDIENTS : water, corn starch, flour mix (rice, corn, buckwheat), potato starch, humectant: glycerol; extra virgin olive oil 5.7%, sunflower oil, thickeners (carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum, xanthan gum), salt, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), chickpea flour 0.6%, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; guar fiber, rice vinegar, preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: tartaric acid; flavoring.
