Buckwheat Penne Felicia with Vegetables


  • 200g of Felicia Buckwheat Penne
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste


  1. Cook the pasta: Cook the penne in plenty of salted water following the instructions on the package.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: Cut the vegetables into julienne strips. In a large skillet, heat the oil and fry the onion until golden brown. Add the remaining vegetables and cook until tender but crisp (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Add the pasta: Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the vegetables. Stir well to combine.
  4. Serve: Season with salt and pepper and serve hot. You can add a sprinkling of grated Parmesan if you wish.
