Purposes and methods for data processing
The BSG SRL newsletter, which involves the processing of data in electronic and telematic format, is sent by e-mail to those who explicitly request it, by entering their e-mail address. The same consent to the processing of their personal data via a virtual button (by flagging "I have read the information").
The provision of data is optional. Refusal to provide data will make it impossible to obtain the newsletter service.
Appropriate security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The data will be kept until the user requests cancellation.
The personal data provided by the user are used for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties but may only be processed by subjects authorized by Bgs srl (see extended information)

Rights of the interested parties
The interested party has the right to:
to. withdraw your consent to the processing at any time. It should be noted, however, that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before the withdrawal, as required by art. 7, paragraph 3, GDPR;
b. ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data, as required by art. 15 GDPR;
c. obtain from the Data Controller the rectification and integration of your personal data deemed inaccurate, as required by art. 16 GDPR;
d. obtain from the Data Controller the cancellation of your personal data if there is even just one of the reasons provided for by art. 17 GDPR;
And. obtain from the Data Controller the limitation of the processing of your personal data if one of the hypotheses provided for by art. 18 GDPR;
f. receive from the Data Controller the personal data concerning you in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, as well as have the right to transmit such data to another data controller without impediments, as required by art. 20 GDPR;
g. oppose at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, the processing of your personal data carried out pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letters e) of), including profiling on the basis of these provisions, as provided for by art. 21 GDPR;
h. not be subjected to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produce legal effects that concern you or that significantly affect your person, if you have not previously and explicitly consented, as required by art. 22 GDPR.

The exercise of rights is not subject to any formal constraint and is free.
