yellow corn flour, resistant starch (9%), SOY protein isolate, white corn flour, husked rice flour, bamboo fibre, inulin, emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin.

Fusilli made with cornmeal and semi-brown rice, with resistant starch and gluten-free; this pasta is an excellent protein source thanks to the presence of soy protein isolate and rich in functional fibers (bamboo and inulin). Resistant starch is a particular type of indigestible starch which helps to make the digestion of carbohydrates gradual and slow and limits the absorption of sugars; it is the most functional ingredient for a low glycemic index diet. Fusilli are ideal in the diets of diabetics, pre-diabetics, celiacs, vegans and sportsmen, but also for those who simply want to keep fit without sacrificing taste.

To be consumed after cooking. It cooks in 6/7 minutes
