Ingredients : water, corn starch, whole buckwheat flour 10.4%, rice starch, dextrose, sunflower seed oil, rice bran 2.9%, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; flax seeds 1.9%, sunflower seeds 1.9%, psyllium fiber, pea protein, salt. yeast, thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum; apple cider vinegar, yeast extract, flavorings, potato protein.
May contain traces of lupins, mustard, sesame and soya .
Surface treated with ethyl alcohol.
Consume as is. Store in a cool, dry place.
