Ingredients: dextrose, sugar, skimmed MILK powder, modified corn starch, animal gelatin, thickener: carrageenan, flavourings (from MILK ), colouring: annatto.

Semi-finished powder for making classic custard. Quick and easy to prepare, cold-pressed; simply add milk and mix according to the package instructions. Ideal for filling cream puffs, cannoli, sponge cakes, etc.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.

Reseal carefully after use.
