Gluten Free Banana Bread
Share
Flavored and naturally sweet, this very special "bread" is wonderful, excellent in milk in the morning or heated and garnished with a sprinkling of icing sugar for a snack!
Difficulty : easy
Preparation time : 10 mins.
Cooking time : 40 mins.
INGREDIENTS
⋆ 2 bananas (very ripe!)
⋆ 250 g. gluten-free flour for cake (I used Nutrifree cake mix)
⋆ 1 sachet of baking powder
⋆ 2 eggs
⋆ 50ml. of seed oil
⋆ 3 tablespoons of milk
⋆ 50 gr. of dark chocolate (or chocolate chips), optional
METHOD
First, turn on the oven in static mode at 180°, so as to have the oven nice and hot when we are ready to bake our banana bread.
In a bowl, mash the two bananas with a fork, until they form a "pappa".
Add the eggs one at a time mixing with a hand whisk, add the seed oil, and finally add the flour a little at a time while continuing to mix.
When you get a homogeneous mixture, add the three tablespoons of milk (if the mixture is very dry, you can add even more), mix everything well and finally add the yeast.
To make my banana bread even tastier, I added some dark chocolate flakes... you can too
add some nuts or other dried fruit, or leave it as it is! :)
Transfer the dough into a floured loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, always test with a toothpick to check doneness.
And here it is, your gluten-free banana bread!
Very soft and fragrant!
Clearly good. Clearly gluten free!
