Florentine Rice Cakes with Avocado and Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 Florentine rice cakes
- 1 ripe avocado
- 100g of smoked salmon
- Lemon juice to taste
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
Preparation:
- Prepare the avocado: Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and mash the pulp in a bowl with a fork. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Assemble: Spread the avocado on the rice cakes.
- Add the salmon: Distribute the smoked salmon evenly over the biscuits.
- Serving: Serve immediately as an appetizer or snack.
