Termination of the contract

Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of this sales contract is subject to Italian jurisdiction.

For any dispute between the parties regarding this contract, the Court of jurisdiction relating to the domicile or residence of the customer, if located in Italy, will be competent on the basis of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
