Before and after delivery
After delivery of the material, if there are any non-conformities with the request or order submitted both from the point of view of quantity/quality and type of goods.
If payment was made by credit card, a receipt of the bank transaction and a copy of the order confirmation return email which is sent via email for each order placed is sufficient.
Payment and shipping methods
The payment methods are: Credit Card and Paypal.
We shipped to Europe. Shipping costs for the various areas are as follows:
- for France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Croatia, Denmark, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Andorra, Vatican, San Marino, Czech Republic: up to 2kg €12.90; from 2kg to 5kg €15.90; from 5kg to 10kg €16.00; from 10kg to 20kg €22.00
- for Finland, Greece, Poland: €16.90
- for Ireland, Sweden: €18.40
Delivery times for areas outside Europe vary from 6 to 11 working days.
Only for Italy, it is possible to take advantage of free shipping with a total spend greater than €59 .
Below this amount the shipment will cost (for Italy):
- €7.20 for all of Italy (Islands and Calabria excluded, the cost is € 8.50) for a purchase between €25 to €59 .
- minimum spend €25.
For purchases above €59 carried out in Italy (including Islands and Calabria ), shipping costs are at our expense!
Delivery times vary from 4 to 6 working days.
