Hoplà Idee Veg da Montare, light and delicate, is the ideal alternative to whipping cream because it is 100% vegetal, gluten-free and without hydrogenated fats. Ideal for the production and decoration of cakes, semifreddo, ice cream and fruit salads.

Preparation based on non-hydrogenated vegetable fats with sweetened UHT soy proteins.

Ingredients : Water, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats 23% (coconut oil, palm kernel oil, cocoa butter), sugar, isolated SOY proteins (0.5%), stabilizers: sorbitol syrup (E420ii), E463, E339, emulsifiers: E472e, E433, E472b, carrageenan (E407), salt, flavorings, color: E160a.

Storage: The product is stored at room temperature. In order to preserve its optimal quality characteristics, store in a cool place, at a temperature between 4°C and 22°C. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3–4 days.
