BSG was founded back in 2000 by a celiac entrepreneur and father of two children who were also gluten intolerant.
The difficulty of finding a variety of products prompted him to contact manufacturers directly, even small-scale ones with limited distribution channels, and thus create Italy's first gluten-free e-commerce site. Since 2003, BSG has specialized in supplying catering services, hotel chains, and major cruise ships.
