Florentine Rice Cakes with Avocado and Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 Florentine rice cakes
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 100g of smoked salmon
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the avocado: Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and mash the pulp in a bowl with a fork. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Assemble: Spread the avocado on the rice cakes.
  3. Add the salmon: Distribute the smoked salmon evenly over the biscuits.
  4. Serving: Serve immediately as an appetizer or snack.
