BSG was founded in the distant 2000 by the will of a celiac entrepreneur father of two children who are also gluten intolerant.
The difficulty of finding different products prompted him to contact producers directly, even small ones and with limited distribution possibilities, and thus to create the first gluten-free e-commerce in Italy.
Since 2003, BSG has specialized in supplies to collective catering, hotel and tourist chains, including the most important cruise ships.
