Vegan cream alternative, for cooking and pastry, made from vegetable fats, UHT product.

Ingredients: water, palm oil (fully hydrogenated) 25%, humectant: sorbitol; glucose syrup, emulsifiers: polysorbate 60, mono- and diacetyltartaric esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; stabilizers: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; salt; flavouring.

May contain traces of milk.

Usage/Storage: between 4 and 20°C. For optimal whipping results, the product should be chilled to 6°C-8°C before use. Once opened, store in the refrigerator (2°C-8°C) and use within three days. Do not freeze.
